Every week for nine weeks, I will attempt one Viennese Pastry I have never attempted before (one from each chapter of The Viennese Pastry Cookbook, by Lilly Joss Reich). To be honest, this will be my first time making any kind of Viennese Pastries - though I make a good muffin, if I do say so myself.
